WFW - Joel 2:23

A beautiful fall day today; temperatures in the 60s and the scent
of a gentle rain brings me to the window.
Many years ago, while visiting our daughter in Minnesota at her college,
I picked up a leaf from a sugar maple tree,
framed it and wrote this verse with it.
God's promise's never fail.

Be glad, O people of Zion,
rejoice in the LORD your God,
for he has given you
the autumn rains in righteousness.
He sends you abundant showers,
both autumn and spring rains, as before.
Joel 2:23

I love rainbows Laurie. They remind me of God's promise to us in Genesis. I love your photo too.

We actually got rain today in Phoenix and my husband called me to the window when he saw a rainbow. Beautiful!

Blessings and love,
Debbie

I JUST saw a full rainbow the other day and I'll tell ya, I was like a kid, standing in awe! Actually, I was driving and this one stretched all the way across the sky..we don't see that much here in the suburbs! It was amazing and what an incredible verse...I love Joel!

peace,
lori
