My paternal grandmother influenced me in many ways, especially by her faith in God.
In her actions, her words, and just in seeing her open Bible on a table next to her chair,
I knew she loved God and followed Him.
We do not know how we may influence another generation,
maybe even a generation we will never meet,
but our lives are living testimonies to who and what we believe.
Then we your people, the sheep of your pasture,
will praise you forever;
from generation to generation
we will proclaim your praise.

Good Evening Laurie, What a wonderful way to end today-reading your post. I love this Ps. and the pic is also so precious. You were very blessed to have been influenced by your grandmother; I never knew any of my grandparents but remember my mom on her knees every morning praying for me. I pray that my life will be a testimony to my grandchildren.

I think about this a lot, especially with my grandchildren and my prayer is that the choices I make and the life that I live will point to the savior that I trust
