Word-Filled Wednesday ~Walking with the Lord

We have been blessed with a lot of family visiting, but sometimes it is hard to keep up with my quiet time with the Lord when so much is going on and my routine is interrupted. For the past few days, the Lord has been putting this verse in my mind and heart, usually with the praise song that was written to go with it. Isn't that just like the Lord, to gently remind me that he desires to spend time with me in prayer and His Word? This verse helps keep me centered on Him, to focus on His Word, and to obey His Word as His child.

He has showed you, O man, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
Micah 6:8

Laurie, I'm glad you came to visit and sign up for my giveaway today. This verse spoke with me. I'm having a time of depression so am trying to spend time walking with HIM..

Laurie, yes, isn't it just like the Lord to gently remind us and just like him to send angels like you to do the same. Blessings!
